Booking Details

Reservation Deposit for all party packages is 50% of the total package price. For wedding packages, the reservation deposit will be determined based on the selected package and overall investment. This deposit secures your event date and is applied toward the total balance. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the scheduled event date.

Security Deposit of $500 for weddings and $150 for non-wedding events is required. The deposit is fully refundable provided all venue rules are followed, the space is properly cleaned, and no items are missing or damaged.

Payment plans include a monthly option, split payment, and the option to pay in full.

Tax will be added to all packages.
